It's 11 p.m. Time for sleep. I should get myself to bed. I always tell myself I need to get to sleep earlier, but it will be midnight (sometimes later) when I'm finally turning off the light.
Today I just could get myself fully awake. I kept yawning throughout the day. Normally, once I start on the things I need to work on for the day, I'm fine. Today was a struggle. I changed up my tasks, and worked at different locations, but nothing seemed to work. The yawns kept coming.
My brother takes a nap every day, whether he works or not. Maybe I need to start doing the same. When I've tried though, it just throws me off and I end up not being able to sleep later.
I made the mistake of lying down on the couch while watching TV today, and you guessed it, I passed out and woke up 20 minutes later, completing missing the end of a movie. I did some channel surfing and decided on WKRP in Cincinnati. I must have passed out in about five minutes, because I just remember the introduction and then the credits.
I hope the two short naps don't have me up too late tonight. If it does, I guess I'll be watching Colbert's monologue tonight instead of the watching the recorded version while I have breakfast.
It's 11:20pm. Time for sleep. Goodnight all!
